This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection and use of Personal Information that the intergroup secretariat receives from partners and members of the intergroup Sustainable, Long-term investments & Competitive European Industry (“the intergroup”).

Personal Information Collection

As a partner of the intergroup you provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify and contact you. Personal identifiable information includes your name, email address, phone number and organization (“Personal Information”).

This information is provided to us when you send the application by email (secretariat@investmentindustryintergroup.eu) to the intergroup secretariat to become partner of the intergroup.

Personal information is kept by the organizations running the Secretariat for the activities of the intergroup only and it is not accessible by any other organization.

Please consult the Charter to identify the organizations running the Secretariat.

Personal Information Use

We use Personal Information to inform partners about the activities and initiatives of the intergroup which include but are not limited to events.  

The Intergroup does not send information about marketing of products or services. The intergroup does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.

Your rights

Every partner and member of the intergroup is entitled to:

The right to access – You have the right to request the copies of your personal data to the Intergroup Secretariat.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that the Intergroup secretariat erase your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that the Intergroup correct or complete your personal information.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that the Intergroup restrict the processing of your personal data.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the Intergroup’s processing of your personal data.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that the Intergroup transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
